£31,500 - £37,227 DOE + £5000 Welcome Bonus

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our purpose-built facility in County Durham, providing acute adult mental health services.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality, service-user focussed care
Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Work as part of a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in your care.
Requirements:

Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
Newly Qualified nurses welcomed as Preceptorship can be offered
Relevant clinical experience
Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
