Looking for an Experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef and Kitchen Catering Manager/Chef to come join our team! Busy manageable restaurant and catering division in two separate locations with an excellent track record serving guests' throughout Nashville for over 14 years and counting! Great people and organizational skills along with a positive attitude to manage the BOH efficiently and effectively! CONSISTENCY & QUALITY food 100% of the time a must! Must have strong people and organizational skills, diverse menu creations, flexible with dietary restrictions, maintain a positive attitude and ability to manage a diverse Kitchen. Knowledgeable in seasonal food and high quality food preparation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Full-Time Kitchen Manager/Chef.
- Full-Time Catering Kitchen Manager/Chef.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years cooking experience.
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
- Knowledge of food service sanitation and SERV SAFE Certificate a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years catering experience.
- Salary Based on Experience. $35K-$50K per year with bonus and commission opportunities.
- Health and Dental Insurance available.
