Senior Billing ClerkLocation: LeedsHours: 12:00 - 20:30Hybrid with flexibilityWe’re currently recruiting for a SeniorSales Ledger / Billing Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced finance team based in Leeds. This role will support the Sales Ledger Manager, ensuring all billing activity is completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal policies and procedures.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured, deadline-driven environment and wants to build on their experience within sales ledger and billing.Key Responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:

• Day to day lead & support of the Sales Ledger Clerk team across the UK, NAM and support to the wider international AR Billing teams
• Ensuring all billing mailboxes are being managed & queries responded to

• Review of Daily Invoice Pipeline Report & ensure invoices are posted in alignment with Billing Deadlines including Time & Materials invoice postings
• Providing direction to ensure Portal uploading and client portal access management
• Support inter-company non-cash settlements to include reporting, sales ledger housekeeping, investigations & responding to inter-company discrepancy queries
• Month End Reporting & Closing
• Supporting the processing of business Group Re-charges & Free Text Invoice Requests
• Lead in regular house training and process map management
• Ensuring all Sales Receipts journals are complete by COP

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a professional, busy, and demanding environment
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• High standard of numeracy with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to identify potential risks and escalate appropriately
