Recruitment Consultant - Education

Trust Education is a thriving award winning education recruitment organisation servicing schools in and around the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Rotherham office. This is a predominantly sales focussed recruitment role and is purely geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector.

Job Description

* Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships

* Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings

* Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability

* Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies

* Participate in bespoke candidate recruitment campaigns and attending recruitment events to develop the candidate database.

* Source and Interview candidate

* Deliver excellent customer service

* Service and fill all short, medium, and long‑term bookings

Qualities & skills required
We are looking for a driven sales professional, who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates. In addition have the ability to speak to individuals on a professional level, other qualities that are desirable include:

* Experience of working within a Sales, recruitment or education based environment desirable but not essential

* Target driven

* Confident

* Strong negotiation skills

* Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask

* Problem solver

* Able to meet deadlines

* Driver with your own transport desirable but not essential
