Job Description

The Administrative Assistant's principal duty is to support the Owner, the Project Managers and Team Members. In order to carry out this particular duty, the following duties will be accomplished:

  • Set up and maintain Owner files as necessary
  • Maintain all copies of contracts, plans and change orders
  • Complete sales contracts and send out copies to appropriate people
  • Coordination of Homeowners Warranty and punch list
  • Help answer phones
  • Prioritizing tasks to make sure that multiple deadlines are met
  • Assist other team members with ARB submittals, Permit submittals, Notices of Commencements and lean releases
  • Maintain status on all homes under construction and upcoming construction jobs for weekly Staff Meeting
  • Manage Owners schedule/calendar
  • Manage Owners travel plans including arranging accommodations/flights
  • Work one-on-one with Owner on special projects

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of administrative construction experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and a strong desire to work within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong typing skills
