Company: GATHERED & FOUND

Job Type: Contract, Full Time

Gathered & Found are a specialist Software Delivery and Transformation partner based in London that, since 2020, has helped some of the world's most well-known and ambitious brands to build digital products and accelerate critical projects. We are experts in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, and Technical Advisory / Strategy. We mobilise our expert teams bespoke for each project by utilising an extensive Digital Talent Ecosystem, a best-in-class platform containing G&F Associates.

Our associate model is used and trusted by multiple FTSE100 businesses as well as high-growth startups, and we treat every project with our utmost dedication.

Our teams work in an Agile, continuous-delivery environment and are expected to provide constant value and transparency to the client.

We are looking to onboard multiple ServiceNow Engineers to support a large-scale transformation programme for one of our established partners. The organisation is migrating to a new ServiceNow environment and requires experienced engineers to maintain and stabilise the existing ISM/ITSM platform throughout the transition. You will play a key role in ensuring BAU service continuity, supporting active modules, resolving platform issues, and assisting in managing legacy components that will later require decommissioning.

This is a hands-on engineering role (not architectural), ideally suited to individuals who excel in complex ServiceNow environments and can operate confidently during periods of change.

Required:

*

Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Engineer within enterprise environments

*

Proven ability to support, maintain and troubleshoot ISM/ITSM modules

*

Experience working within platforms undergoing transformation or migration

*

Ability to manage legacy/temporary components and contribute to clean-up activities

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Please note: This is a fully remote engagement, but you must be based in the UK to be considered
