Sharepoint Administrator (Contract)

Job Description

 A large nonprofit located in Alexandria, VA is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to come on board for a 12 week + project.  Looking for someone with experience using SharePoint, and experience with electronic document management systems.

List of responsibilities/duties:

  1. Uploading contracts processed through SharePoint and Desk into the new Determine system
  2. Comparing active SharePoint and Determine records to make sure that Statements of Work  are properly attached as “child” records in Determine and Amendments are added by amending the contract record in Determine
  3. Helping out with an audit of expired contracts and their termination dates


  1. Extremely amazing attention to detail. Data entry experience.
  2. Experience navigating cloud based systems and contracts records.
  3. Experience with SharePoint a plus.
  4. Experience with Excel a plus.
  5. Experience with legal documents a plus, but not required.
  6. Experience with electronic document management system, SharePoint, or e-signature tools like DocuSign
