We are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our team in a fast paced Retail Store Environment! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing products and professional service information; assisting customer in a number of different aspects of of business and resolving occasionally technical issues.
- Provide information about the multiple products and various services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions with customers.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the existing products and services and maintain willingness to learn continually evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
