Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our team in a fast paced Retail Store Environment! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing products and professional service information; assisting customer in a number of different aspects of of business and resolving occasionally technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the multiple products and various services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the existing products and services and maintain willingness to learn continually evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work within a fast past environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
