Interactive Care and Support is a targeted supported living service, providing support to vulnerable adults within the Reading and Wokingham areas. We aim to ensure excellent quality of care and provide a service which enables and promotes independent living in the community, whilst embracing our values of a person-centred framework. We support our service users towards achieving as much independence as their personal circumstances permit: to live a life as full and active as possible.
