Join Our Team: Mental Health Therapeutic Support Worker

We are now welcoming applications for compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapeutic Support Workers to support individuals in our community drop-in centre.

⭐ Your Role

As a Mental Health Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play an important part in supporting individuals who are experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, or crisis.
You will help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where people can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

You Will Provide:

A safe and welcoming space for people in need

*

A supportive, non-judgemental listening ear

*

1-to-1 emotional support, advice, and guidance

*

Support in developing personal safety plans

*

Help accessing local community and mental health services

*

A hot drink and snack for comfort and care

*

Team support in maintaining a drop-in crisis service

Our centre offers a range of calming and connection-based activities, including:

Tea & Chat

Arts & Crafts Sessions

Mindfulness & Meditation

These activities help create community, stability, and wellbeing for those needing support.

✔️ What You Bring

*

Confidence using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft applications

*

Experience in Mental Health or Psychology (helplines, community support, or current study welcomed)

*

Ability to travel easily to West London

*

Availability for 14:00 - 22:00 shifts
