As a Valuer / Lister you will play a key role in generating new business and building relationships with vendors across the local area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Winning new instructions and securing property listings
• Advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
• Building strong and lasting client relationships
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
• A strong track record of winning instructions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Knowledge of the local property market
• A full UK driving licence

• Basic salary circa £30,000
• OTE £55,000 – £60,000
• Car allowance
• 5 day working week with a day off in lieu for working Saturdays
• Additional incentives and excellent earning potential
