Deputy Manager – Central LondonSalary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for confident, people-loving Deputy Managers to join our exciting retail team across several central London stores. You’ll be stepping into a role where your leadership, energy, and enthusiasm can make a real difference.

You’ll be part of a brand that’s all about empowering customers, pushing boundaries, and bringing a playful, confident energy to everything we do. From lingerie to adult lifestyle essentials, you’ll help your team deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver amazing service

• Support the Store Manager in driving performance, motivating staff, and creating a confident, inclusive store environment

• Confidently demonstrate and talk about adult lifestyle products, including lingerie and wellness items

• Help maintain store standards, from product displays to operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles

• Confidence discussing and demonstrating adult products

• Organised, approachable, and ready to lead with energy and flair
