Ideal candidate will be able to lead the Mentor Protege program in the area of providing the proteges technical training and development of the capture/proposal development process. This will include training the proteges on how to build a repeatable proposal processes. Will provide prepared instruction and on-the-job training for pre-proposal analysis, market research, competitive analysis, opportunity qualification, and capture management. Will train the proteges in analyzing customer markets and specific opportunities and how to coordinate review teams. May include training on how to bid on SBIRs/STTRs and other technical grant programs. Will train the protege through the entire proposal process. Supports the overall Mentor Protege program and its growth strategies. Travel could be up to 30%-40%.
