Supported Living Manager - Learning Disabilities

Hull, East Yorkshire

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our Supported Living services in Hull East Yorkshire

These services support adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

The role will be a mixture of operational management of existing sites and service development leading on, and supporting with the opening of new services/sites within the region forming part of an overall group expansion plan.

You will have experience of registering/opening new services and preparing accommodation ready to welcome new clients.

This is a role where you can really show off your skills and experience in team leadership and management You will be given lots of autonomy to lead and manage your team effectively, and grow and develop services in your region.

Successful candidates will have the following:

- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management

- Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

- Strong leadership and people management skills and experience

- Excellent relationship building skills with strong CQC knowledge

- Drive and desire to be the best at what you do
