An opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Recruitment Manager/Internal Recruiter to join the London HQ of a boutique management consultancy. Based in a central city location.
As Recruitment Manager you will have a pivotal role in the organisation, planning recruitment strategies, recruiting various levels of role from graduate to senior hires, running internal recruitment processes, and assisting with HR/onboarding.
The role is part-time and a fixed term contract to begin with due to the ongoing situation, but could become full time and permanent if the business demands are there and it suits the candidate. Ideally 2 or 3 days a week. Standard office hours are 9am-6pm however the company will be working from home until Christmas.
I am working on behalf of my client to find someone with in-house recruitment experience within a consultancy or professional services company.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who is a self-starter and willing to go the extra mile to get the task in hand completed to a high standard.
Skills and experienced required:
- Solid Internal Recruitment background in professional services
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with all levels.
- Capacity to represent and an ambassador for the company at functions when required
- Confident, self-motivated, and hard working
- Used to taking the lead and running processes
Salary is dependent on experience.
