The ideal Care Assistant candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

Experience in a care home or likeminded setting
Strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Calm, attentive, and compassionate approach
Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential
Patience
Enjoy being a team player! 
 
 Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include:

Assisting residents with personal care
Monitoring wellbeing
Maintaining records
Ensuring a safe and caring environment
Supporting with mobility and responding quickly to urgent needs
Encouraging independence and supporting daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Communicating effectively with colleagues, residents, and families
Following care plans and reporting any changes in residents' needs to senior staff
