We are currently recruiting for CNC Millers for a very successful and extremely busy machine shop. The company produces a range of high class machined products to exacting tolerances and need an additional CNC Miller to join their team. In addition to very regular salary reviews they also have a comprehensive benefits package. 

CNC Miller - Role and Responsibilities - Milling, Machinist, Siemens, /Setter/Operator/Programmer, G+M Code

* Setting and operating of 3-axis machining centres
* Editing and adjusting programs at the machine using Siemens controls
* Liaising with production engineers to develop new projects and optimise route cards
* Problem solving and continuous improvement
* Strict adherence to written processes & procedures

CNC Miller - Skills and Abilities - Milling, Machinist, Siemens, /Setter/Operator/Programmer, G+M Code

* Experienced on 3 axis VMCs (4th and 5th axis a bonus)
* Enthusiastic and diligent in your work
* Qualified via Apprenticeship or Experience
* Team player offers help to other members of the team when necessary
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Ability to work to very fine limits and adept with Inspection techniques. In-process inspection using CMMs and various manual measuring equipment
