Lead Electrical Engineer - Leading FM Provider

We're recruiting for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM provider on a high-profile static site in Tadworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Electrical Engineer with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to maintenance.

Key Requirements for the Lead Electrical Engineer:

Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

Testing & Inspection - City & Guilds 2391 (Essential)

*

Proven experience in a lead or senior engineer capacity

*

Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safe systems of work

Role Overview:

Overseeing all electrical maintenance and compliance across the site

*

Leading a small team of engineers and supporting site operations

*

Managing PPM and reactive works to ensure service delivery
