Electrician
Altera Recruitment Group is hiring an experienced and motivated Electrician to support the delivery of electrical installation and commissioning projects in the sector. You'll be part of a dynamic site-based team, contributing to essential infrastructure upgrades and maintenance across the region.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works on site.

*

Travel to multiple client sites, occasionally requiring overnight stays depending on project needs.

*

Interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manufacturer manuals to guide on-site tasks.

*

Complete testing, inspection, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

*

Assist in project planning, troubleshooting, and coordination with mechanical and engineering teams.

Candidate Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

*

17th or 18th Edition certification (essential); C&G 2391 Test & Inspection (desirable).

*

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regionally as needed.

*

ECS Gold Card or willingness to obtain.

*

Strong teamwork, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude to health and safety.
