MEP Manager

Salter Grange is now recruiting for an ambitious and forward-thinking MEP/ Electrical Biased Manager to join a European Market Leader within the Data Centre industry on a €100 M high-profile project in Central Europe.
 

The ideal MEP Manager will have the right to work in Europe, be degree-qualified and have a minimum of 3 years experience on mission-critical projects.  As an MEP Manager, you will be IT Literate, able to manage lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.

 
MEP Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on projects on time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Delivering high-quality, time-efficient.
• Responsible for building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success.
• Works as part of the project MEP team, managing the construction of the MEP services, reporting to the Line Manager ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Accountable for the construction aspects of the MEP services and the management of the site environment, Programme, Health Safety, Wellbeing, Quality and Commissioning of the project.
• Manages the programme review process with trade specialists, checking for productivity, key issues/blockers and trade-to-trade coordination, using digital technologies to ensure the project/package is on schedule.
• The ability to identify trends, key issues or critical path risks is fundamental.
• Implements delivery strategies and programmes for all phases of the project, ensuring the key milestones, interfaces, dependencies, logistics and work sequencing are achieved.

 

MEP Manager Requirements:

• A strong track record of managing large M&E packages on mission-critical projects.
• Good knowledge of varied M&E construction techniques and their implementation.
• Excellent personal and self-management skills with a strong drive to succeed and develop leadership capabilities.
