Attega Group is recruiting on behalf of our client who is a UK-based leader in infection control solutions and decontamination equipment serving healthcare, laboratory, and life science industries.

Purpose of the Role:

To support the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
Reporting any errors and / or faulty parts.
Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or collection.
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment or forklifts (if certified).
Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe at all times.
Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation.
Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
General housekeeping duties.
Handling of returns and quarantines within the warehouse with close communication with other departments to ensure the efficient handling of such items.
Any other duties required to support the business.
 Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail ensuring quality and minimising errors.
A flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes.
This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math's and computer skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift certification is a plus.
