Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Air Freight Co-ordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in the Heathrow area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Your responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate all Air Freight activities for the company.
• Monitoring the progress of shipments from origin to destination, providing updates to destination partners.
• To quote shipments prior to movement and applying agree rates where necessary
• Ensuring all shipments adhere to international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export control laws
• Ensure all Air Export jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure all reports are completed as per provided deadline
• Ensure the SOPs are followed completely and accurately

You will need:

• Confident and outgoing individual.
• Proven experience, gained ideally within the Freight Forwarding sector with a minimum of 3 years’ experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of Import and/or Export multimodal business
• Knowledge/skills required for Air Freight sales and products
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible with their working hours
• Driver with own transport is desirable.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
