We're looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Retrofit Administrator to join our growing team and support the delivery of energy‑efficiency and housing improvement projects. You'll play a key role in coordinating retrofit activities, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards, and helping residents access high‑quality, sustainable home upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across all stages of the retrofit process

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files in line with PAS 2035 requirements

Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, Designers, contractors, and residents

*

Schedule surveys, installations, and follow‑up visits

*

Track project progress and update internal systems

*

Assist with funding applications, reporting, and compliance checks

*

Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent service

*

Support data collection, monitoring, and quality assurance activities

Essential:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

*

Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities

*

Confidence using digital systems, spreadsheets, and databases

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

*

High attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:

Experience in housing, construction, sustainability, or energy‑efficiency projects

Knowledge of PAS 2035 or retrofit processes

*

Understanding of ECO, SHDF, or other funding schemes
