Handling parts enquiries over the phone, in person, and via email
Managing stock levels and ordering parts as required
Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure accurate and timely supply of parts
Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade customersAbout You:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is essential
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Strong IT and system skills
