Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and personal development. You will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and provide assistance in various aspects of classroom management and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support students with their academic and personal development.
Monitor and record student progress and report to the teaching staff.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Personal care

A relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
Adaptability and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of best practices in education support.
Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training).
DBS (Childwork force only)
