In this role you will be working Monday - Friday out of their modern site with hybrid working provided. You will lead the R&D processes spanning across hardware, software and firmware. Whilst also having a direct involvement with Design and Supply Chain.

This role would suit a Design / R&D / Project Manager looking to contribute significantly to a multi-million pound development whilst receiving continuous training, benefits and progression opportunities.

The Role:

Line management of a small team of Designers / Software specialists.
Assisting with R&D of Electronic focused equipment.
Monday - Friday (hybrid working model).

The Candidate:

Head of, Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Director.
R&D / Electronic background.
Commutable to Cheshire
