We're working with a well-established business that's looking for a Branch Manager to oversee full operational and commercial responsibility for their busy Leeds branch. This is a highly autonomous role, based in the office and out meeting clients, you'll balance operational leadership with strategic growth, overseeing a field service team and key customer relationships.

Whats On Offer For An Experienced Branch Manager?

* Salary: £65,000 - £68,000

What You'll Be Responsible For As Branch Manager:

* Day-to-day running of the branch and operational leadership of the team (engineers, supervisors, service managers).

* Driving customer satisfaction while identifying new revenue opportunities.

* Full budget responsibility - overseeing P&L, KPIs, and cost management.

* Leading recruitment, development, and performance management of the branch team.

What We're Looking For In A Branch Manager:

* Experienced operational leader - ideally from industrial or commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or engineering services.

* Strong financial oversight experience - proven track record in delivering profitability and operational efficiency.

* Commercially savvy - able to foster customer relationships and support sales growth.

* Motivational leadership style - confident managing both office teams and field engineers.

* Industrial refrigeration experience would be a major advantage, but not essential.
