They are looking for an experienced LCL Export Operator.

Duties will include:

* Check sailing schedules are uploaded correctly

* Make bookings with shipping lines

* Book in container loading / haulage with warehouse

* Transfer cargo from outer warehouses to loading warehouse

* Submit provisional DGNs to shipping line

* Submit final DGNs to shipping line

* Submit VGM

* Associate UCRs to MUCR / Close MUCR

* Tell carrier the MUCR

* Load planning

* Submit load plan

* Finalize final load plan

* Submit MBL instructions

* Prepare / check container settlement

* Ensure pre alert docs sent in good time

* File Closing

* Monitor EMT dashboard on a daily basis

* Liaise with sales & customers to fill low volume containers

The ideal applicant will have LCL Export experience, but equally FCL USA/Canada experience would be considered. Must have a good logistics background on Ocean, ideally 3 years or more.
