Salary: £32,000 per annum
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 6am - 6pm
Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Lead and manage a team of drivers and transport operatives to deliver excellent service standards
Ensure all transport operations run smoothly and efficiently during your shift
Maintain compliance with transport legislation and company procedures
Manage vehicle availability, driver performance, and daily planning activities
Liaise with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time deliveriesWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role
Strong people management and communication skills
Solid understanding of transport compliance and health & safety regulations
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a time-critical environment
