We are currently seeking to hire the Vice President of Business Development.
The position starts as an independent contractor relationship and becomes a full-time employment upon reaching $500K in sales (a threshold which can be met with a single deal.)
Your duties will consist of identifying and negotiating with prospective clients for TransparentBusiness Group.
Your compensation package for the full-time will consist of
· base salary
· re-signing bonus
· equity participation
· mandatory raises
· discretionary bonuses and raises
· revenue sharing
The compensation package is structured in a way which assures a proper recognition and compensation of your contributions. For example, on each million dollars in sales, you will be guaranteed to receive the base salary of $150,000 plus a performance bonus of $150,000 plus re-signing bonus of $10,000 plus equity which may increase your cash earnings by over 2,000% at the IPO – over $6 million ($90M if we reach Salesforce.com's valuation, which our strategic objective, given that our market is about 30 times larger, see #).
Your initial base salary will be US$125,000 per year with the following mandatory raises:
- raise to $160,000 on reaching $1 million, in personal sales
- raise to $200,000 on reaching $2 million, in personal sales
- raise to $350,000 on reaching $5 million, in personal sales
You will also receive a 15% residual performance bonus (commission) on all your personal sales.
Additionally, you will receive TransparentBusiness shares in the number equal to your total compensation (including bonuses) during the years of 2018 and 2019, including the compensation received during the Trial Period.
You will receive a re-signing bonus of $10,000 for every 12 full months of full-time employment.
You will receive discretionary bonuses and raises for other contributions which we find justifying such incentives.
You will be eligible for health insurance after 90 days of full-time employment.
You will be entitled to one PDO (Paid Day Off) per month, which can be used for vacations, sick leaves, or other reasons. Non-working days will also include New Year's Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
It’s a work-from-home position, using personal devices, with occasional traveling, required for developing partnerships. You can work on a flexible schedule. We will reimburse all reasonable work-related communication and travel expenses.
During the Trial Period, you will be receiving 35% on all sales resulting from the channels developed by you but no base salary. The Trial Period will be considered successfully completed at reaching $500K in personal sales.
