Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP Bias)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's northwest team to work on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working collaboratively with customers and industry specialists, you will have full accountability for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting.
* Our client would consider Quantity Surveyors looking to step up to a senior role and would provide the training and development to facilitate this. The salary offered would be dependent on the candidate's current level of experience and skill.
Key Responsibilities As Senior Quantity Surveyor :
* Develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring the main contractual obligations and/or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
* Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure delivery on the commercial function within your assigned projects.
* Produce internal and external commercial reports.
Requirements For Senior Quantity Surveyor :
* Minimum 3-5 years relavent work experience post qualification in a similar role - HMP environment experience desirable
* Strong NEC contract experience
* BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject (preferably accredited by CIOB or RICS)
* Working towards full membership of RICS or CIOB
* Relevant CSCS Card
