What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Confident understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily nursery operations alongside the Nursery Manager
- Support and guide staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Oversee planning and delivery of engaging, child-centred activities
- Monitor compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements
