We are committed to work in a systemic way to prevent children and young people from offending and reoffending, to ensure that custody is the last option, and that children and young people are safe, secure and provided with supportive interventions that address the causes of offending behaviour.

We are seeking a qualified worker with a track record of performing to a high standard in preventing offending and reoffending. A recognized social work or criminal justice qualification i.e. Diploma, degree or master's in social work with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a registered social worker, or relevant professional qualification in, Probation, Teaching or Youth work and relevant experience in Youth Justice Leadership
