Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for full-time, long-term roles in mainstream secondary schools across Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate HLTAs looking to make an impact while enjoying the flexibility and support that comes with agency work.

As an HLTA with Tradewind, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across multiple subjects and key stages. You may lead small group interventions, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and assist in the planning and assessment process.

We're looking for committed professionals with:

Previous child-based experience in a school or similar setting

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
