We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a residential construction project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a solid background in residential electrical systems and project coordination.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the electrical scope for residential construction projects

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams

*

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

*

Oversee electrical crews and subcontractors on-site

*

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

*

Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports

*

Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly

*

Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and electrical layouts

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:

*

3-5+ years of experience managing residential electrical projects

*

Black ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements

*

Proven leadership and communication skills

*

Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

*

Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines simultaneously
