A leading organisation in their sector based in the Steyning area are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.

Description

As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Payments and all credit control duties

• Ensuring that new and authorised supplier/customer accounts are opened within the accounts ledger and that credit & payment terms reflect those agreed

• Resolving supplier/customer queries as required

• Matching of payments to invoices

• Inventory data, vendor payments

• Accounts payable/receivable balances
