Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Pay: £53,053 per annum + Quarterly bonuses!
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

* Assist the Home Manager with the daily operations of the care home

* Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents

* Lead, supervise, and support the care team, ensuring best practices are followed

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

* Active NMC registration (PIN)

* Proven experience in a nursing home environment

* Previous leadership or management experience within a clinical setting
