SME Finance Manager for a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Warwick/Leamington Spa.

We are recruiting for a fast paced manufacturing company based in Warwick. The company are a family owned and well established business based in lovely offices with parking and also within walking distance from the train station.
Your new role
As Finance Manager you will report directly into the Managing Director and be responsible for managing the day to day finances of the business. This is a stand alone role role looking for a self motivated and hands on candidate. Key duties will include monthly management accounts using XERO, stock analysis, WIP and month end duties. You will also look after VAT, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat Reports and Companies House.
Other responsibilities include preparing the payroll on Sage for 45 employees including all other ad hoc payroll tasks. You will also help prepare the financial accounts for review by the external auditors.
Other adhoc duties include petty cash, accruals and prepayments and maintenance of the fixed asset register.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a fully Qualified or Qualified by Experienced candidate with extensive knowledge running a finance function. Knowledge of payroll is essential. Experience of Sage and Xero would be a benefit.
