Order Processing Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Order Processing Coordinator with Customer Service experience ideally in a fast- paced environment or have proven retail or Telco experience and strong coordination and planning skills in a customer facing role.

The ideal Service Delivery Coordinator will be able to communicate well and enjoy working in a fast pace environment, providing and coordinating services and solutions whilst delivering optimum customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

* Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by our sales support team.

* Order Voice and Data services with our vendors, managing customer updates whilst providing a high level of customer service

* Always investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently ensuring regular communication with the customer

* Ensure engineering assigned to the customers sold solution has the correct skill sets, equipment, and that associated services are ordered and in place.

* Application of critical time management to ensure all elements of the installation are completed successfully and in accordance with the customers sold solution

* Communicate with customers about their sold solution, including any delays or changes

* Work with all departments to drive our Customer Centrix culture

Essential Experience Required:

* Customer service experience, ideally in a fast- paced environment or have proven retail experience.

* Working with bespoke databases, as well as MS office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

* Strong coordination and planning skills in a customer facing role.
