New Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive Opportunity - Bristol

You’ll be managing a varied caseload, including:
• Drafting Wills and providing estate and tax planning advice
• Estate administration, including taxable and non-taxable estates
• Preparing and registering Powers of Attorney
• Creating and managing different types of Trusts, including Personal Injury Compensation Trusts
• Assisting with complex matters alongside senior colleagues

You’ll be part of a busy and well-supported team, with strong infrastructure and hybrid working systems in place to help you deliver excellent client service.

What they’re looking for:
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2-5 years PQE
• Previous experience managing a Private Client caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and confidence advising clients
• A proactive and self-motivated team player
• Tax and trusts expertise would be a bonus

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)
