Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science teacher to join their team. This permanent role is perfect for someone passionate about teaching either biology, chemistry or physics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective science lessons and deliver to students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
• Participate in school activities and events.
• Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
• Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching science at the secondary level in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
