Prospero Teaching is seeking a confident and committed Primary Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team, working with pupils in Year 5/6. This full-time role is to start immediately and offers the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in Year 5/6 with their learning, both in class and through small group interventions
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Help pupils build confidence and achieve their academic goals
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2
Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
