We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing security installation and management company. You'll be the central hub connecting our clients, engineers, and project managers — making sure everything happens on time and to the highest standard.

What you'll do:

* Schedule and coordinate security installations and maintenance visits

* Liaise between clients, engineers, and project teams to keep everyone informed

* Manage workflows to ensure projects meet deadlines

* Help resolve any operational issues quickly and efficiently

* Order the equipment needed

* Support the team with reporting and administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

* Experience in operations, coordination, or project support roles within the security or fire industry

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Comfortable using scheduling tools and CRM software

* Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure

* A team player with a can-do attitude

* Full UK driving licence is a plus
