Our client is a leading agency for corporate incentives and events. Due to expansion they have decided to recruit for a Italian Client services Administrator to respond to their client’s needs and administration requirements for their bespoke corporate events/ incentive campaigns.

The Role:

The successful Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for;

- Responding to requests via email and telephone for bespoke campaigns (In English and Italian)

- Processing back order reports – weekly

- Administering, processing and monitoring of items ordered for campaigns

- Administering gift certificates and voucher despatch

- Translation services when required

- Ad Hoc Admin – when required

- Striving to exceed external client expectations, within my clients SLA’s


- Native or Fluent level Italian and fluent English

- 6 months Customer Services, telemarketing or Administration experience.

- Database experience (desirable)

- Flexibility – when required to meet client deadlines

- Personable and Detail oriented

- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner

- Problem solver

- Good decision making skills

- Mathematics and English Qualifications to GCSE Standard or Equivalent

- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
