QHSE Coordinator – Manufacturing / Engineering - Aberdeen

A leading global engineering company is looking for a QHSE Coordinator to support the development and delivery of safe, efficient and environmentally responsible operations - on a part time basis. Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and organise Integrated Management System documentation.

• Develop and update policies and procedures in line with operational needs.

• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions.

• Manage document control and ensure correct revisions are in use.

• Act as the main contact for QHSE queries and support audit visits.

• Assist with staff training and prepare quarterly QHSE performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a QHSE role within oil & gas or engineering.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and prioritise effectively.
