Description: In The Swim is seeking an Entry Level Commercial Account Manager/Sales Representatives to join our team in West Chicago, IL. ? The Commercial Account Manager/Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling ITS products within an assigned territory, leveraging relationships, closing new business and ensuring customer retention. The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued ITS customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by following-up on customers after the shipments were completed. This person will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line and policies. Objectives\: Effectively promote and sell ITS products. Conduct customer prospecting and discovery. Build and maintain customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI?s (metrics) Maintain and expand your database of prospects as well as your funnel to periodically clean out and provide reporting. Sustain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers? issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research. Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts per customer requests. Display/demonstrate products using samples and available marketing materials with ITS. Effectively communicates product performance to customers. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails as well as follow-up on certain types of inbound leads. Identifies new opportunities to add value by monitoring industry changes, trends and customer needs. Qualification: High school diploma; College degree or relevant work experience ? preferred Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Competitive and proactive attitude The ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal Must be strongly motivated with a winning attitude A Successful trainee must be able to sell over the phone and should be motivated by our generous compensation plan?
