This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience managing databases, that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.You will achieve this by:

• Providing general and administrative duties, including answering the phones and greeting customers and visitors to our centres
• Assisting with organising meetings and diary management; sorting and distributing the post and updating databases
• In addition, you'll be undertaking routine financial processes and help with other duties as directed
