The Role

Working within the UK based team as a Financial Controller, you'll lead financial reporting, drive internal controls, and play a key role in strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the UK Finance Director, you’ll be a trusted business partner to our UK-based brands and a core member of the UK leadership team.

You'll oversee a small, high-performing finance team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly—from month-end close and commercial forecasts to tax compliance and process improvement.

• Lead Financial Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate monthly management reports with insightful analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee accounts receivable/payable, intercompany transactions, and process efficiencies—leveraging automation where possible.
• Champion Compliance: Manage audit processes, support tax filings, and ensure internal controls are robust and effective.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with brand leaders to shape budgets, forecasts, and investment plans with clear ROI analysis.
• Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor the UK Finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Background in manufacturing and listed, multinational environments
• Hands-on leader with strong team management and communication skills
• Excel wizard with ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
• Proactive, analytical, and always looking to improve processes
