Registered Manager

Are you a passionate Registered Manager, ready for a new challenge? Our client, a modern specialist mental health facility based in Brighton, is on the hunt for a Registered Manager. This facility specialises in providing Dementia care for people with advanced or young onset dementia, complex care needs with behaviors that challenge, continuing care for complex mental and physical health needs, and palliative care.
This role comes with an attractive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. You'll be leading a dedicated team in a beautiful, rural setting and making a real difference in the lives of those with chronic mental ill-health.
The client is a bright, welcoming specialist nursing care home based in St Leonards-on-Sea in East Sussex. They provide personalised, compassionate, and professional care in a peaceful seaside residential area. The facility includes quiet rooms and sensory facilities to allow residents to relax and benefit from tailored therapies. They pride themselves on their 'home away from home' ethos, providing specialist care around the clock.
As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee a dedicated staff team.
• Ensure CQC compliance and standards are met.
• Manage a 99 bedded service with support from other team members.
• Ensure the provision of appropriate levels of assistance for all patients.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on residents and patients.
• Manage recruitment, training, and induction for new starters.
• Ensure performance in the areas of hours growth, profitability, people-management, and quality.
• Assess, plan, allocate, deliver, and evaluate all treatment in line with procedures.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

• A background working as a registered manager of a hospital or independent hospital.
• Be a qualified nurse with a valid NMC Pin (RMN or RNLD).
• Demonstrable history of building and developing a team.
• A passion for care and providing an excellent service.
