Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader

to join our client based in Ascot.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader, working for a prestigious company within the events and hospitality industry.

The successful Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for:

The people management, shift patters and health and safety of the M&E team
Raising orders against M&E budget lines, making sure any overspends are communicated and agreed with the Facilities Manager
Undertaking regular inspections of the estate and system tests, making sure any faults are repaired within deadlines.
The procurement of materials, tools, and service providers for maintenance tasks with the Support of the Facilities Management team.
Planning project budgets with Facilities Manager and M&E Manager.
Producing weekly reports for the Facilities Team Manager.The Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader will have:

Recognised formal Mechanical or Electrical qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent)
Considerable experience as a building service engineer for a large organisation.
Reading and understanding of drawings.
Hands-on experience of building services and building management control systems.
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Electricity at Work regulations and COSHH requirements.
Experience of fault-finding techniques.
Experience of leading a team.
Computer literate with a good standard of ICT knowledge including Microsoft Office.
